Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day return policy:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at snuslife.shop@gmail.com with the subject line "Return", including your order number, name, and reason for the return. The seller will provide instructions on where to send the returned item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.

Claims

  • Any claims for orders that arrive incomplete or with missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Any claims for undelivered orders must be made within 21 days of the shipping date.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost orders. We are not obligated to refund or replace such orders.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., by email).

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping and return costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The refund will be based on the standard shipping rate (see shipping terms), not any discounted shipping price.
  • The return shipping cost of €6.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will promptly confirm receipt (e.g., via email). You must return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times for refunds can vary.

Special Offers (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, promotional or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Minors

We have a strict age verification process requiring the customer to be physically present and provide valid identification for their first order.

If our delivery partner determines that the recipient is underage, they cannot legally deliver the package, and it will be returned to Snuslife. In this case, all costs (shipping, return fees, and handling charges) will be charged to the customer, up to a maximum of €25.00.
